Karen’s passion for sport and nutrition lead her in to a career working for the Peter Snell Institute of Sport, helping many of New Zealand’s up and coming young athletes. She has now branched out with her own practice ‘Body Acoustics Health & Sports Nutrition’, customizing nutrition to suit individual needs, helping everyday people, companies, corporate clients and sports people.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in nutrition from Massey University, as well as being an avid sports person competing in half marathons, marathons and cycling events.

Dr
Jane Magnusson is a New Zealand registered Psychologist and lecturer specialising
in the area of health psychology. her research, clinical practice and corporate
work includes working with the many factors that contribute to health, well-being
and performance.
Since arriving in New Zealand from Canada, Jane has focused on working with individuals, athletes and companies on issues pertaining to motivation, reducing anxiety, managing stress and enhancing performance.
